Dearest Poodle......please know that we do this to you because we love you! We want you to be a part of our family. To be allowed to live in doors, sleep on our bed and steal food off our kitchen counter. Ok, stealing food is a really bad habit I wish you would learn to control. But I will understand if you never get over that one! Full loaves of bread are hard to resist after all.
We do this to her and she does that to us!
Xena - Stop looking at me like that! No amount of pitiful will give you a pass on this or any other bath!
She may hate bath time, but when it is over she always jumps for joy because even though she is a dog she is a poodle first and poodles do not like to be dirty!

That second to last picture is the perfect shot of a dog being bathed. She's a beautiful poodle.

How cute is that!!!! I don't always like the smell of wet dog but I bet it's nice to have a clean one. Hopefully she isn't like my dog was, clean and then immediately rolls in the grass. :-)

Great pictures - I love the water in the first one. And the puppy is cute too. My dog is 7 now and will NEVER figure out that food theft is unacceptable. Ah well. She's lucky she's cute. ;)

Thanks for the comments...Hubby doesn't have the mohawk anymore...I love it, but he didn't afer a while. He actually had it in our wedding and in his cousins wedding (they specifically asked him to keep it for their wedding)
Great shots! We've got two dogs who desperately need baths...but it's 20 degrees here - guess they'll have to wait OUTSIDE until Spring.

My dogs are little shaking masses of black during their showers. They don't like to step near the bathroom for quite awhile after it.
