I have been wanting to learn how to make my own vintage looking organza flowers, so this weekend I did a quick search online and found this tutorial (I love the Internet).
I rushed up to the nearest Yardage town and grabbed up some organza in colors I thought the girls would enjoy.
Here is the recipe: a source of heat (candle), scissors, organza, beads, thread and needle.

Looks pretty good as hair clip!
My review:
This is a fun and easy craft that even you non-crafty ones can accomplish with success (watching the organza melt is mesmerizing).
I followed the tutorial for the first one and then tried some different techniques on the ones that followed.
With a little bit of practice and maybe some different material anyone (even you) can create some really cute vintage looking flowers.
I am going to be making them mainly as hair accessories, but you could use them on scrapbook pages, cards and on top of a present!

So cute! I'm not so crafty, so I like to live vicariously through others who are...like you!
I can't believe how cute those turned out! Completely adorable!
Wow! Beautiful AND crafty! : )
fantastic- I bet I could use these in my scrapbooks!
I love those! That would make a really neat necklace, too. I might have to try this sometime :)
oooh. I know some girls who would dig some flowers. Not to mention melting over a candle. Did you have any spontaneous combustion? :-)

Beautifully done. I adore the turquoise one!
Wow, those are really cool.
I am quite impressed. I would have thought these were store bought!! They turned out lovely :)
How cool! I'm tempted to attempt, but I am afraid that it would be a disaster (but I still might try it).

Nice work!! So pretty... your are a crafty woman, I wouldn't guess that this is your first time. I'm sure it's much better than what my first attempt would look like ;)

It is used to send bank documents, order forms, weather maps, charts, X-ray photos, newspaper proof pages, fingerprints, telegrams, identification photos, and other documents and papers. In that case too a reverse fax number search facility can come in handy. Focus is not on faxing services. . However, now thanks to our advanced technology, it has made faxing much easier and inexpensive for the companies.
