The prompt I am choosing to write about is:
What 10 things do you fear the most?
- Our next 401K statement.
- Wild fires.
- That I will never win someones cool blog give away!
- That my neighbors have seen me naked!
- If I don't get laser hair removal soon, those witch hairs on my chin will turn into a full on beard!
- That the employees in restaurants do gross things to my food.
- That I'll have to live with constant fatigue.
- Laser hair removal will fry my freckles.
- That my neighbors will slash my tires if my dog barks too much when I'm not home (they swear to me she doesn't, but I still worry).
- That you all won't like me.......just kidding, not really....ok, seriously, I'm kidding (and using far too many commas in one sentence).
Now wasn't that fun? If you would like to see Kat's prompts for yourself head over to her blog, Mama's Losin' it, for all the deets.
Thanks for stopping by!

Good list!! #5 made me giggle...and #1...ouch, I think we're all dreading those statements!!
Of course, you know I have no 401(k), so nothing to dread there! Whatever your balance is, it is more than I have!
So I just might have mentioned you in today's post...
I also dread my 401k statment, i'll just think about it tomorrow! I am afraid more about what they are doing to my food at the fast food places....EEWW!
LOL I liked #10 - don't we ALL fear that, secretly. Deep down inside?
#1 - TOTALLY with you on this - we switched everything to the money market portion after we lost over $30K ARGH!!
#4 - I sincerely hope not for me (and you) as well - how embar"ass"ing!
#6 - ME too - I am so nice to all waitresses for this exact reason!!!!!! Even if they suck!
I like your fears because you can sort of laugh at most of them, as true as they are. They don't totally stress me out to think about them. . .except maybe the restuarant thing. I tend to special order things and I always wonder. . .
Oh, and thanks for the nice comment on my poem.
i am always paranoid about my food in restaurants too! i have worked behind the scenes, so i know how easy it would be!
I like your list.. It is different from all the others..
Love your list!
Thanks for posting on mine too! Wish you had a followers list, I'd add myself to it!:)
LOVE your sweet pooches (esp that poodle!)
Your blog is great!
(the laser shouldn't affect your freckles!) (which are fabulous btw)
p.s. i work in the financial industry... key words for your 401k... patience and discipline.. (dont lock in any losses by selling now)
:) just my $.02
xo
I love your chin hair comment. I tend to pluck a few every few days. I'm wondering what the heck is going on? I just barely hit mid thirties...can this really be happening already?!
p.s. My older brother saw me pluckin once...then again a few weeks later when we visited his house. his new nickname for me? hairy beast! GRRRr gotta love siblings!
Great post ... I try not to think about if my neighbors have seen me naked, and Im pretty sure until my kids are gone I will live in a state of constant fatigue but then I think I will miss these days.
I so feel ya. I think most of our 401K's will become 101K's. Oy!
Very good fears...and on the lighter side, rather than the serious side like I chose!
Great list!! I did the fears post also. Love your blog!
great list. i never win those fun giveaways either. well i won once and the gift card never got to me...so...not really a win.
Oh my gosh your list is hysterical! I love that you fear your neighbors have seen you naked...that one got me. I love it.
And worry not...we all love you!
This is an awesome list. Number 1 is too true....and #6 makes me throw up a little in my mouth.
Thank you very much for sharing.
Through your blog, a lot of people including me of course have a chance to read and learn from.
I have read some of your post and I really enjoyed reading it.
Thanks again and looking forward for more of your posting soon!
Great list..love #5:)
One night after looking out my backdoor (which is like a french door) I realized I could see my neighbors. I could see right into their house, especially at night with their lights on. So, I got to thinking ... if I could see them, its quite possible they can see me. I'm not sure why I didn't realize this 2 years ago. Especially since I like to walk around the house after a shower.
Yeah, why didn't I realize that 2 years ago?
