I pulled all of these photos from recently taken pictures so that I could give myself a little shove back into the blogging mood. I hope you enjoy them.
1. Yellow
This is one of my favorite shots that I snapped of my daughter and her friends before the ASB ball. This hallway was entirely yellow and it made for a fun place to take pictures of the group.
2. Made me smile
March was a super sick month for my family. But not the cool teenager sick, the ugh...will these colds ever say die sick. On one of the mornings Kate stayed home from school I came in to check on her and found Molly and her feet peeking out from under her covers. It was just the kind of thing that made me smile on a really rotten day.
3. In the sun
My cousins cutie pie daughter enjoying some sun (and a little sand) at the beach.
4. Splash
A little water being splashed into the air at the splash park.
5. Ancient
I live on the "left" coast and our ancient just doesn't compare to that of the "right" coast or of other parts of the world. I think that our Missions are about the most ancient thing you will find here California. This shot is from the Mission Basilica which was founded in 1769.

Good job, Crafty Mama. I love your explanation of ancient! I always feel so silly calling something old when I see stuff of other bloggers, like churches in Prague that were built in the 14th Century! I guess ancient, like other terms, is always relative!
