My daughter has spent 29 months of her teenager life with a fulls set of braces. I think it goes without saying that she wasn't thrilled.
For the past 29 months, most of the photo's I have taken of her have looked a bit like this.
Now that the braces have finally come off.......................
she can't stop smiling!
What made you smile today?

She is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! (With and without, but without she doesn't look cranky.) LOL
She is beautiful, Michelle! My daughter just got braces on again (second phase) so she is looking forward to getting them off... although she's got a couple years to go!
Hugs!
genny
She is beautiful and has such a pretty smile. =)
I remember wearing braces FOREVER. I was sooooo happy to have them removed. :)
beautiful smile!
Wow, just seeing this made me smile because I remember the same thing happening to my daughter about 25 years ago! (Of course, she managed to leave her retainer on a food tray on a wide-bodied jet on a flight from San Juan, PR, never to be found again!)
So exciting! That is a long time to have braces on for sure. Pretty teeth for life :)
Very awesome :) She is beauty! I am happy to be back in bloggy world. Took a lil break LOL.
Seeing this post (and reading your comment this morning) made me smile! Your daughter is beautiful and she has a lovely smile. :)
I'm sure it must be very liberating to be off braces. Growing up, I wanted to have braces --didn't need them, though; so I put tin foil over my teeth to pretend that I did! 8S
She is beautiful!
{So happy to see you posting again.}
She is lovely!! And I LOVE that first pic...so very "teenager" (I live in fear of that stage!!)
I hope she thinks it was worth it!! She is a really gorgeous girl!
I like to see the new live on your blog. I missed you so much!
Your daughter looks so beautiful!
Have a nice weekend
I didn't get braces until I was 25 because my parents couldn't pay for them (I have 5 siblings). I loved it when they came off!
Having never had braces, I don't fully understand, but seeing her face before and after, well, I think that pretty much says it all!
