We are all really excited about our upcoming adventure. Ok the teenager is kind of grumbling about being gone for so long, (and possibly spending the 4th of July in Canada)........but I know secretly she is super excited.
The dogs however are seriously disappointed by our choice to leave them behind with a house sitter.
We are taking my husbands laptop, but I doubt I will be posting along the way. So if I'm not on my blog (or yours) for several weeks you will know why.
Hey, you might just see me and the family zipping through your hometown in the next few weeks.

I think EVERYONE should try a cross-country road trip at one point in their life! I did it a few times back in the day ... and plan to do one with my son when he gets older.
Have so much fun ... though how you can leave those doggies eyes, I don't know!
Have a wonderful time and don't worry about posting or reading...just enjoy and remember to keep the camera handy at all times. We like to take pictures of all the random things you see along the Interstate. I hope you've got time to go on short detours or stop if your see something interesting along the way. We're road trip veterans, it's the only way to truely see the country!

How cool that you travelled through my part of Ontario, Canada. Yes, Highway 400 travels through both East and West Gwillimbury on the way to Sudbury (or Toronto, if you are travelling south). I'm so sorry I didn't see you wave! I am waving now, can you see me?
