Halloween of years past!

This week I am combining my Photostory Friday post with Alicia's Flash Back Friday over at More Than Words.

I'm not being very original this week, but I wanted to share snaps from Halloweens past!

Reid was a Dalmatian for her first Halloween.
The next year she was a Razorback Cheerleader.

My mom bought Reid this cat costume and she HATED it! She cried when I forced her to put the hood on and then refused to let me take her picture.

A bunny and a 50's girl (tiger is our neighbor).

Those things on Kates head were my sad attempt at making bunny ears. Pipe cleaners don't hold up well when an 11 month old is involved.

Blue and Cinderella!

Lunette from the Big Comfy Couch and a Genie!

Kitty Cat and Snow White!

Kate wore that snow white costume at least once a week for several years.

Flower Fairy and a Pirate!

Spiderella and a Hippie Chick!
Pirate and Goth Girl!

Vampira and Greek Goddess!
Pink Fairy and a Doll!

Goth Girl (Reid's costume from '05) and a Crazy Doll!

This year for Halloween the girls are going to be............

Those costumes are so cute! I was wondering what was going on with the cat costume. At first I thought she was a skunk. I could see why she'd be crying! : )

I've become a new follower now!

Thanks for stopping by Friday!

Thank you so much for this! I love posts like this ... it was fun to see them grow up during the post and I love all the different costumes. I'm sure this was a bittersweet post for you to put together though!

How fun to look back at all their costumes!

We 'recycled' one already this year too since the 2 yr old wore what his older brother wore when he was 2 (and since it's a p.j. outfit, he STILL has it on...

Love all the photos!

Love the picture of Halloween past! I did that last year - only of me. yeah, scary, I know! Thanks for stopping by. Love your blog, you crafty mama.

Heck, we recycled costumes this year too, my son wore the same one as last year. His choice.

We had a couch growing up that looked EXACTLY like the couch on The Big Comfy Couch except it wasn't that big and didn't store much more than crumbs, Barbie shoes and loose change. :)
